MANAS ROY
Principal Architect & Urban Design Expert
Manas is an accomplished Architect and Urban Design professional with over 15 years of experience in leading urban development and infrastructure projects across India and abroad. With expertise in project conceptualization, sustainable development, design management, and implementation strategies, he has successfully collaborated with government bodies, international agencies, and top-tier consultancy firms.
A graduate of Jadavpur University (B.Arch) and a post-graduate (M.Arch) in Urban Design from SPA New Delhi, Manas has contributed to a wide spectrum of projects, including residential, commercial, institutional, industrial, heritage conservation, and urban design ventures. His strength lies in smart design strategies, cost-effective solutions, and quality audits, all while maintaining a strong contextual and environmental focus.
Known for his innovative spatial planning and commitment to socially responsive design, Manas has also been a speaker at several national design forums. His work blends architectural creativity with engineering precision, reflecting a deep passion for cultural identity and sustainable urbanism.
